Fylde candidate Mark Menzies has spoken of his sadness at the terror attack in Manchester.
He said: "I know many people from Fylde were at this concert, and have spoken of the terrible events as they left the Manchester Arena.
"I hope they all returned safely.
"My thoughts and prayers are with the families of all those affected in this appalling tragedy.
"I stand with politicians of every party to condemn this barbaric attack."
It's understood 22 people have been killed and around 60 injured after a man detonated an explosive device in part of the Manchester Arena as families left a concert staged by US pop star Ariana Grande on Monday, May 22.
All political party campaigning for the General Election has been suspended.
