Born in Blackpool Victoria Hospital, David grew up and was schooled at Singleton CE Primary, of which he is now a Governor. At 6”7, David is not the sort of person you can miss.
As an NHS Pharmacist, I have spent years serving the needs of my community, working to ensure that people have access to the medications and care they need. But I believe that I can do even more to help the people I serve by becoming a councillor.
I have lived in Kirkham for over 30 years; it is my home town and I am an active member of the local church community. I am extremely proud to live in this part of Fylde.

Hello my name is Thomas Threlfall, I have lived in Freckleton all my life ,as did my parents and grandparents. Once again I am offering myself for election for Parish and Fylde Borough council. I want to serve the community and the environment in which we live for very straight forward reasons.
I am a retired teacher with two sons, and have been a lifelong resident of Warton. I remain a member of St. Paul’s Church and attended the parish school as my father before me and my children did. Nowadays, I am proud to be a member of St. Paul’s Academy’s Local Governing Committee.
