I am a family man who has spent the last 15 years supporting Conservative values 13 of those as a Councillor in Preston. During that time I was privileged to hold the position of Mayor of Preston between 2018/19.

Councillors are there to represent the interests of the residents of their wards and to provide help and support to people if they need help. I think it is important that when you are contacted you respond as quickly as possible and you try your best for people.
I was born and bred in St Annes (at the former St Annes Memorial Hospital), attending Heyhouses and Queen Mary Schools. I am married with two grown-up children and I live in the Ward. I am a qualified solicitor and have spent many years practising family law.
Since being elected as a Town Councillor in 2019, I have taken on various leadership roles including chairman of the Community and Neighbourhood group and Town Mayor in 2022/23. A particular highlight has been meeting so many residents and visitors during the events in the town.
